White Chocolate Reese’s Peanut Butter Chip Cookies

If you love peanut butter and have a sweet tooth - I have the recipe you've been searching for! These cookies have white chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and Reese's Pieces. They are a little piece of heaven, I'm telling you. Do yourself and your family a favor and MAKE THESE!

To start things off, here are the ingredients you'll need:

1. 2 1/2 cups AP flour

2. 1 tsp baking soda

3. 1/2 tsp salt

4. 2 sticks unsalted butter @ room temperature

5. 1 cup + 2 TBSP of light brown sugar

6. 1/2 cup granulated sugar

7. 2 tsp vanilla

8. 2 large eggs @ room temperature

9. 1 cup white chocolate chips

10. 1 cup peanut butter chips

11. 1/2 cup Reese's Pieces - full sized or mini's

Start by preheating your oven to 375 degrees. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper or spray with oil. Mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt - set aside.

Mix your sugars, butter, and vanilla in a stand mixer or a large bowl with a hand mixer/ whisk. Mix for 2 minutes until light and fluffy. Then add in the eggs and mix for 30 seconds. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes before mixing again for 30 seconds. Add in the flour mixture.

Once your wet mixture is mixed with your dry mix, add in your chips and pieces. This is easier to do with a spatula in my opinion!

When everything is combined, it's time to scoop out the dough. These are BIG cookies so it's best to use a 1/4 cup measuring cup. You don't fill it all the way but pretty close! Roll the cookies into ball shapes and place on your greased cookie sheet.

I put 6 cookies on 1 cookie sheet.

Now the next thing I did I learned from another recipe a few years ago and it makes your cookies more presentable. When you have your dough balls ready to go in the oven, place a few chips on top. I placed 1 white, 1 peanut butter, and 1 Reese's Pieces like so.

When all of your cookies are ready to go - put them in the oven for 11 minutes. You want them to have the golden brown edges, they may look under baked but trust me, they are fine!

After 11 minutes take your cookies out and let them cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.

Viola! White Chocolate Reese's Peanut Butter Chip Cookies

These are SO amazing warm but they are thick cookies that stay soft for a few days.

Enjoy!
